Online and doing fine! This is going to be my personal little blog-iverse. I hope to have everyone checking out the stuff in no time flat! Today was Deadlift day at the gym. I maxed out at 385 pounds for 3 sets of 5 reps. Not bad for a 46 year old guy who was a fat, overweight chunker at 245 pounds only 2 and a half years ago!
